framed and unframed prints and most gallery wrapped canvases 

A framed or wrapped print is prepared for shipping in 1- 7 business days. Most items ship on the 3rd or 4th day. Your prints are delivered by either USPS or UPS. In most cases, mounted prints and prints greater than 16" x 20" ship via UPS, but this will ultimately be dependent upon print size. Smaller unframed prints are prepared most quickly, shipped flat (not rolled) via the U.S. Postal Service. Larger orders may take a few days longer, especially in times of high volume.

wall decals, murals, and unmounted canvas 

Most of these items ship within 7 business days. Large and custom orders may take longer. Also, in-house production may be delayed during times of higher volume. Please note that stretcher bars are not included with your order of unmounted canvas. 

fabrics, furnishings, and accessories

Most fabrics, furnishings, and home decor accessories ship out on the 3rd or 4th day after you order.  These items usually ship via FedEx or UPS.

tracking

Almost all items ship with a tracking number and we will send that on to you.  Please use the tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment. Carriers often provide information on their sites regarding possible causes of delays, such as inclement weather. 

refunds

 We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because all our products have been made to order. We are a small business without facilities for storing inventory. Every order we receive is a custom order. 

damaged goods

We are determined that you should be a happy customer! We work to make your order top quality. That said, we all know  there may be an occasional glitch here or there! If a product is faulty in any way, then we will cheerfully redo it. Please email a photo of the defect within 5 days of receiving your product, and we will act fast. Hang on to your packaging until you hear otherwise from us. We package all prints carefully and less than 1% of prints are ever damaged. Should your package have any damage in transit,  save all packaging & email maycartprintart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to begin your exchange.
